Forgot account username and email

Hi geoguessr. This is a really dumb problem but I forgot the email address and username for my geoguessr account and I am still being charged for pro and can’t use it because I forgot my info.

Hi Callan,

I would assume its an account connected with Google or Facebook-login.

If you cannot locate it, send an email to subscription@geoguessr.com with the following:
- Last 4 digits of the card used
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- Date of latest payment.
