E-Mail temp ban

Hey! Hope y'all doing well.

I've deleted my account attached to my email in efforts to get a fresh start on the account, since I have had goofy stats in the past due to silly games and gameplays, and I've decided to re-create an account on this e-mail in hopes to track my progress on the game better. Is there a chance my tempban can be lifted? I'm happy to provide any further information if needed.
