Deleted account but am still recieving pro charges

I deleted my account but i am still receiving emails claiming that i have unsuccessful payment requests. The last one i got was on saturday which if i recall was at least 2 days after i'd deleted my account. Can you please remove my card info or whatever so i don't get money taken out for a service i don't even have an account for anymore?

  • Hi Molly,

    It's our third party payment provider (stripe) that retries two times if it fails the first time. I've made sure it's cancelled now and it shouldn't try any more.
