Continuing to Charged after Deleting Account

I continue to be charged even though I have deleted my account. I have also sent a number of emails asking that I no longer be charged.

I would appreciate if you would deal with this issue immediately!! This is obviously not an uncommon issue based on the number of related posts.

    Sorry about that, I sent you an email on Nov 20th, maybe you didn't receive it.
    Did you go to /me/settings to cancel the subscription and then delete your account?

    Did you have multiple accounts maybe? You sent me an email from another address then the one you used here, which has an active subscription.

    Anyway, I've cancelled the subscription and refunded you for the last couple of months.
