Community Rules

Hey all, I'm in great support of the new community rules page, at https://www.geoguessr.com/community-rules. I hope this is a step in striving to make the game safer and clear of cheaters.

With this in mind, myself and a few other friends are inquisitive as to what the 4th rule, "𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀)" actually means.

We would like to take on board how to better ourselves by making ourselves aware of this rule, and the first step of doing that would be to acknowledge what the rule actually involves. Thanks!
