City Streaks Stuck on "Loading Location"

Hello. I was recently playing a game of city streaks when it lagged me out. When I tried to play again all it says is "loading location" and has been like this for about 3 days now. Tried logging out and logging back in, resetting laptop, and plenty others and nothing seemed to work. Hope you can help me out. Thank you.
