card was declined

I get a message "Your card was declined." when trying to buy a monthly pro subscription. Is there any known reason that could cause this?

    Most likely its the Bank that rejects it from their end. You can also pay via the Apps (iOS or Mobile) and you can use that subscription on the website as well.

  • If you're from the USA you might want to call your bank and ask them to temporarily open your card for international purchases. Some credit unions don't allow international purchases by default for fraud prevention.
