• Yes, it is for every game I play. It works on other devices, but they are laggy. I assume it's something with my computer now, any idea on as to what?

• Edit: it works on Edge but not on Chrome? I'd like to play on Chrome as it's more used and handier.

  I understand. I would recommend trying disabling extensions and perhaps hardware acceleration in Chrome. You can also do a complete reinstall and see if its working better.
  
  Since its working in Edge it seems to be Chrome and some setting that is the cause.
