Can't log in in browser since last subscription ended

Since my last Pro annual subscription ended, I have been logged out on my browser and can't get back in: I always get the error message "Hmm... That doesn't look like the right email or password." Yet when i try to send myself the reset E-mail, I don't receive it. I have confirmed my sign in data is correct multiple times. I'm quite upset since I purchased the new Pro sub on mobile and am logged out there now as well so I can't use it. Thank you for your help!

    The subscription is active on this email so its strange that you are not getting the password reset.

    Can you send an email to subscription@geoguessr.com with the Google Play Receipt and I can set a password for you.
