Cancel subscription

I have logged on, there isn’t an option to cancel, only upgrade. How do I cancel my subscription please?

    Most likely you have the subscription on another email, perhaps one connected with Google/Facebook login.

    If you cannot find it, send me an email to with the following:

    - Full name of Card holder
    - Last 4 digits of the card used
    - Expiry date (MM/YY)
    - Date of last charge
