Can I receive a ELO refund?

I was playing a Duel in the Beach Season when I got a black screen and then it showed me losing. When I reloaded I got a white screened saying that “WebKit encountered error”. Here are the photos:

  • The WebKit screen is from a previous game (quick play for missions), I used it because I couldn’t screenshot at the moment because I was trying to win the game.
