Bug in map maker: map not updating with new locations when playing

I was playtesting one of my (unpublished) maps. I've noticed that a few locations which I recently removed are still popping up in rounds, while I haven't gotten any rounds with new locations which I recently added. I've played quite a few rounds and I am fairly confident that I won't ever get a round with a new location. It's like playing an old version of the map. Note that the map maker itself does show the newly added locations.

  • Should work if you save the map, then publish the map with the changes. After that you can unpublish it again. In case of further issues, send an email on to subscription@geoguessr.com with the link to the map and the User-ID and we can look further into it 🙂
