Black Screen when at home but not at school.

Hello, I know there are a lot of posts about this already, but none of them are really helping. I have trouble with the black screen while playing. Whenever I am at home, I can not play due to every round being a black screen. It works at school, but not at home on any device that I have tried. I have tried clearing cache/cookies, refreshing the page, and logging out and logging back in again. None of these worked. Could it be because of a slow upload speed? The upload speed at my house is extremely slow.
I am playing on a chrome book running Chrome OS, and I have a Pro subscription if that helps for some reason.

The constant black screen could have a lot of different reasons. So its hard to pinpoint a rootcause for it. Changing the DNS server to Googles solved it for one user a while ago for instance.
