Any way to report locations to remove?

Hello,

Is there any way to flag a location that really shouldn't be pulled into the game? During one round, I was dropped into a random daycare. It wasn't "attached" to the street, but I could walk around the building and into the playground. The building was empty, but the walls had lots of pictures of the kids, and their faces were not blurred out. This seems like a privacy violation. I couldn't find any way to mark this location for removal.
