another mismatch in country streak

second time it erroneously flunked me, this time I was in Riga Latvia and it said wrong, correct place is Moscow, Russia. I cllicked on the black flag on the map and it went to a highway in Moscow that looked nothing like where I was. Twice in 6 games....
