Account was wiped, lost subscription

Last May I bought a subscription for my Geoguessr account, which I had made around 2020. However, My account seems to have been completely wiped and my subscription gone. I went to log in, and it said there was no account with my email, despite me having the emails to prove there was an account with this email, and the subscription
