Account verification

So some time ago I sent a verification request. After few days I got the answer, which was denial, but in the reason there was actually nothing like: "The reason for this is: "". ". I am attaching the screenshot. What happened as well is that I replied to that mail and asked what happened and can I get the reason, because it was not provided. A minute after responding to the mail I get a message that my message has been blocked and I can't respond anymore to the mail. Could I ask what actually happened and what should I do before my account can be verified? I play the game for some time casually. I think the game is amazing and I started now playing this competitive and I am getting better and love it. Why can't I be verified or what can I do to be? Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers!
