Account Disappeared?

I was a high level with a lot of unlocked items, lots of achievements, and was paying for premium content. Last night I was playing normally, and today everything is just gone. I had to reset my password when the usual login somehow didn't work. I don't think I would have deleted my account, and I can't find my previous transaction. How would I get my account with my items and premium subscription back?

  • This same reset happened to my account yesterday and I don’t know how to recover my old achievements

  • I changed the password to my facebook account, but I don't know if that would've been the cause either?
