The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a global humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We provide emergency assistance and protect people’s rights in the world’s most challenging crises. Right now, we are responding to both new and protracted crises in more than 30 countries, providing essentials such as shelter, clean water, protection, legal assistance, and education.
For 80 years, we’ve stood by people forced to flee — and we’ll keep doing so, thanks to you.

We buy as much equipment as we can locally. In this way we avoid customs duties, help strengthen local economies, and are able to assist many more people in need. Therefore, we ask for monetary rather than physical gifts.
