  • If you have not received the ticket or lost it you can contact our Customer service (Phone: +46 (0) 771 51 52 52) who will help you to send it again. This also applies if you suspect you have entered the incorrect e-mail address.

    When making an online payment through Flygbussarna's website or in our app (called "Flygbussarna" for Iphone or Android) you always get a copy of the ticket, which is also valid as a receipt, sent to your e-mail address.
