Can I get a refund if the bus is delayed?

  • You are entitled to a discount by:
    • 50 % of the ticket price if the delay amounts to more than 20 minutes
    • 75 % of the ticket price if the delay amounts to more than 40 minutes
    • 100 % of the ticket price if the delay amounts to more than 60 minutes

      If it is not clear which price you paid for the trip, the price deduction shall be calculated based on the price of a one-way ticket, including discounts.

      You can apply for reimbursement by sending in your case through Flygbussarnas contact form. It will be enough to mention your booking number which you can find below the scanning code on the ticket. You will receive an automatic reply when sending in the request through our contact form to which you can reply and attach any files/documents or pictures if necessary.

      If your tickets does not have a booking number you will have to send in the ticket in original. Then please send the ticket to:
