Question about queue

Hi Hallstahem,
I'd like to ask a question. I registered at Hallstahem in December 2022. I wanted to check my queue days and tried to login, but it says my account doesn't exist. I wonder what happened and how to solve this? I haven't received any emails or other notifications from Hallstahem over the past 12 months. My personnummer is 1990 08079692

    If you are waitning in line your queue days remain, To reactivate and countinue collecting points create a new account and choose to join the queue. You will get all your queue days back after you do this.
